Chicken Armor®'s poultry saddles look nothing like any other saddle on the market. They will not look like much. However, we urge you to try them. If, after trying, and you're still not happy for any reason, you may return the unused saddles for a full refund, less shipping charges.

Return shipping charges are borne by the buyer.

Please refer to our instructions on how to put the saddles on.

We recommend saddling less friendly chickens in the evening, when they are roosting..

No RMA or prior contact is needed. However, please ensure that you include either your order number, your email, or your paypal email (preferred for quickest processing).

You do not need to return used or soiled saddles for a refund under our return policy. Simply return the unused saddles for a full refund (less s&h). Feedback, good or bad, is always appreciated but not required.
 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

We strive to keep our shipping charges as straightforward as possible.

Single poultry saddles ship free worldwide.

For orders of more than 1 saddle, we currently charge a flat-rate of $2 within the US, $7 to Canada and $15 outside North America.

Shipping for products other than saddles will be listed on the product page.

All shipments ship via USPS ground without tracking. For larger orders, we may ship via USPS priorty mail.

All international shipments ship via USPS first class air or USPS priorty mail (for large orders). The USPS no longer offers the cheaper surface mail option. 

All orders ship from rural Oregon. We usually ship within 2-3 business days. However, please understand that all items are handmade by two people. From time to time, shipments may experience delays.

International shipments may require a longer shipping time as they may need to be sent at the Post Office.

For international shipments, all charges exclude any customs taxes etc which a buyer may occur. We do not know what taxes your country may charge you for the shipment. Buyers are responsible for these additional charges. If in doubt, please contact your local tax authority for more information before purchasing.

International shipping times can vary greatly. On average, shipping to major cities in Canada, the UK and Australia takes 2-3 weeks, longer if you live in a rural area. Shipping to Brazil, France and the German regions of Europe may take over 60 days. Italy may take over 90 days. Please understand that shipping times once the package leaves our hands is beyond our control.
